Casa Holanda is a small hotel, so we recommend to make a reservation in advance. This reservation has to be made at least 48 hours (2 days) upon arrival to guarantee availability. You can make a booking request by filling out the form above. We will send you an email with the booking details as soon as possible. To confirm your reservation you have to pay a deposit in advance.
For your information; we only allow half of our rooms to be reserved in advance. We do this to respect our other guests as well. So no worries when you do not have a confirmed reservation. Just drop by when you arrived in Taganga. In case that all our rooms are taken we will help you find something suitable nearby. We work together with the best hotels in Taganga and Santa Marta.

'Plan Extranjero' is a turistic package and includes: private accommodation, food and beverages, tours and excursions, transport and for the people who do not speak any Spanish some private (basic) instructions of the Spanish language with locals.
Casa Holanda accepts all major credit cards; Visa, Master Card and American Express.
If you wish you can pay the deposit by credit card. In the email we send after receiving your booking request we explain the procedure and the information we need to process the transaction. When the transaction is approved we send you the receipt and delete your personal details.
We charge no extra fee!
Another way to pay your deposit is by an international bank transfer.
Hotel Casa Holanda has a bank account at ING in The Netherlands. In case you want to make an international bank transfer we will provide the necessary bank details to realize this transfer.
We charge no extra fee for this international bank transaction!
In case you want to postpone or cancel your reservation we use the following terms and conditions.
The only way to cancel or postpone a reservation is by sending us an email. Send this email to: info@hotelcasaholanda.com Important: we do not cancel or postpone reservations by phone.
You can cancel or postpone a confirmed reservation until 5 days upon arrival (check-in: 02:00 pm). In case of cancellation we will refund half of the paid fee.
We will not refund any paid fee when you cancel your reservation in less than 5 days upon arrival.
When you wish to postpone your reservation, we allow you once to change the dates for free. In case the new reservation date is in high season, you pay balance upon check-in.
In case of an emergency or special situation the management can make an exception.
